Beer Of The Month

Monty's Golden Rye'd Ale

20 IBU, 5.5% ABV

Monty's Golden Rye'd Ale is the result of a collaboration between Old Tomorrow Brewing and Canadian Olympic Champion Jon Montgomery who inspired Canadians with his epic skeleton victory and beer chug at the 2010 Vancouver Games. Brewed with 100% Canadian Rye Whisky and oak in salute of Jon's Prairie roots, this mellow laid back ale has notes of honey, caramel and vanilla. A perfect sipper when kicking back to celebrate life’s big and small victories.

Wave The Flag, Stir A Cocktail

We are proud of our made in Canada craft beer menu and VQA wine list. We were first on the scene supporting local breweries and wineries so, now that we can get some tasty treats from small distillers, we're running with it. We've recently added: Forty Creek Barrel Select Whisky and Dillon's Unfiltered Gin 22 from Niagara; Ontario Organic Wheat Whisky, J.R.'s Organic Gin, Stalk & Barrel Canadian Whisky, and Stalk & Barrel Single Malt from Toronto; and Ungava Premium Gin, made with Arctic botanicals, from Quebec. Changes to provincial distribution rules should make it easier for us to expand our list of local spirits over the summer.

Spring Beer Festival

Our Spring Festival Of Craft Breweries returns on Friday May 27. It's a great opportunity for those who can't make it down to C'est What every day to sample the best from our homegrown brewers. We will post more details in the May news.
