Relative newcomers to the indie music scene Steven Fogel & The Disclaimers shake up the blues/rock idiom with energy and good old fashioned pop hooks. Injecting fresh life into this often tired and overdone genre, the band moves from rootsy guitar driven grooves to more edgey compositions that sit nicely in the pocket. Their songs that possess a quirky sense of humour and a hint of sarcastic glam without losing their musical focus.
