 Sterling MossSterling Mossare a trio bent on sonic manipulation via extended improvisational jams and looping soundscapes. Picking up where the Ambient Ping leaves off, the band takes their cues from live drums (Josh Hicks), bass (Dennis Mohamed) and electric guitars (Andrew Aldridge) instead of banks of laptops and harddrives.Taking time off from working as hired guns for the likes of Wild Strawberries, Kathryn Rose & Sarah Slean the music made by this trio is not for the faint of heart or radio friendly listener, rather music made for interaction, abstraction and innovation. Truly an interesting journey. |
