 Welcome KarmaWelcome Karma create a unique sound that is best experienced live. Combining the crunch of Nirvana's guitar power and the glam of early Bowie, this toronto trio bring back the alt in "alt rock" creating space for the music to breathe and seethe.Last year, Welcome Karma's main singer/songwriter Erik Alcock signed a publishing deal with EMI Publishing Canada after a solo acoustic performance at EMI Publishing Canada's offices in Toronto. Erik then joined forces with lifelong friend percussionist Andrew Haust, and together have been performing over the past year at various Toronto venues such as the Reverb, Rancho Relaxo, and Graffiti's. Having recently emerged from studio sessions with producer Pete Prilesnik, [Ashley MacIsaac, Big Sugar, and Sarah Harmer], Welcome Karma seem poised and ready.
