Organic mixed greens salad dressed with balsamic vinaigrette

Romaine Caesar salad with fresh parmesan

Fresh sliced baguette

Entree choices:

Chicken breast stuffed with fresh spinach & chevre, served with galic mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetable medley

Walnut encrusted salmon, served with wild rice pilaf and steamed asparagus topped with a balsamic reduction
