A selection of items to take home and use at your leisure. Each item is prepared in-house from scratch, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. All items are vacuum packed and frozen and should be consumed within six months of the production date on the label. Available to order in the Pickup & Delivery tab. pork pie

Meat Pie – $6
C’est What’s spin on minced pork Christmas pie. 5-inch single serving pie. Filling is fully cooked, pastry and egg glaze is raw to ensure a fresh dish.

Cooking Instructions:
– From frozen: 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven
– From thawed: 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven
– Do not microwave

Serving Suggestions:
– Top with spicy mango chutney
– With a side of mixed greens salad with vinaigrette dressing
– With a side of roasted root vegetables

lamb sausage

Lamb Sausage – $7
A new take on our famous Lamburger. Two pieces of lamb sausage – 10 oz.

Cooking Instructions:
– Fully cooked, best served after a quick grilling on the barbecue
– Can be heated in the microwave

Serving Suggestions:
– Rolled in a warm naan bread, with your favourite condiments
– Sliced, with tzatziki to dip
– Use as an ingredient in dishes like Jambalaya, risotto, etc.
– Great in pasta sauce

cured rainbow trout

Cured Rainbow Trout – $6
Fresh Canadian Rainbow Trout cured in a mix of herbs, brown sugar, and beets that give it an amazing colour that looks (and tastes) great on charcuterie plates. 1-½ oz., just thaw and serve.

Serving Suggestions:
– Classic crostini appetizer: Thinly sliced baguette with cream cheese, onions, and fresh basil or mint
– On a toasted bagel with cream cheese

Chicken Hand Pie (Pattie) – $6
A variation of C’est What’s butter chicken in a folded egg-washed puff pastry – 5 oz. of filling. Filling is fully cooked, pastry is raw to ensure a fresh dish.

Cooking Instructions:
– From frozen: 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven
– From thawed: 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven
– Do not microwave

Serving Suggestions:
– Best eaten like a sandwich, it can also be eaten with a knife and fork. Caution, the filling will be HOT!
– To make it a meal, served with a side of roasted green beans or asparagus
– Also works well with a tomato salad.

Vegetable Hand Pie (Pattie) – $6
Mushrooms, Emmental, and vegetables in a folded egg-washed puff pastry – 5 oz. of filling. Filling is fully cooked, pastry is raw to ensure a fresh dish.

Cooking Instructions:
– From frozen: 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven
– From thawed: 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven
– Do not microwave

Serving Suggestions:
– With any fresh salad
– Side of coleslaw
– Put some tart chutney on the pie

Spring Rolls – $6
Four vegetarian spring rolls, par-fried, vac-packed and frozen.

Cooking Instructions:
– Cook from frozen, do not microwave.
– 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
– After cooking, let rest for 5 minutes, as the filling will be very hot.

Serve with Asian dipping sauce, or your favourite hot sauce.

Sausage Rolls – $8
Two rolls of C’est What house made Chorizo, wrapped in pastry, vac-packed and frozen.

Cooking Instructions:
– Cook from frozen, do not microwave.
– 30-35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Flip after 15 minutes to keep the pastry crisp.

Serve with your favourite sauce or condiment. Goes well with our Maple Mustard Dip and coleslaw.

Falafel Balls – $5
Four chickpea fritters in classic Middle Eastern style. Par-fried, vac-packed, and frozen.

Cooking Instructions:
– Cook from frozen, do not microwave.
– 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Can be served with any dip, we suggest Tzatziki, Hummus, or Babaganoush.
Make it a sandwich in a pita or wrap and add a salad to make it a full meal.

Chocolate Butter Tarts – $5
Four handmade chocolate pastry shells filled with maple bourbon filling. Frozen, but still should be treated gently to avoid breaking the pastry.

To prepare, just thaw and serve.

Goes well topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
