Bring The Pub Home

Good things come to those who wait. This is what we have been telling ourselves for months, waiting for the opportunity to reopen. It also applies to our new venture packaging our favourite brews for home consumption. We are aiming to put part of the pub experience in a can with three nitro-infused cask-in-a-can beers: Al’s Cask Ale, ESB, and Hop Addict. Rounding out our initial offerings are Hemp Haze and Ginger Wheat which are both subtly carbonated for a more draught-like experience. A mixed 5-pack of 473 mL cans is available to takeaway for $17.50. To pre-pay for pickup, please visit our online store or just get it to go after your next visit.

Al’s Cask Ale: A mini-cask of Al’s Cask Ale. An all-Cascade hopped, malt-forward, smooth, sessionable pale ale in the tradition of an English bitter. Nitro-infused, cask-in-a-can: For best flavour and presentation, shake five times, wait five seconds, open and pour into the centre of a pint glass. 4.3% ABV, 34 IBU

ESB: Extra Special Bitter: A balanced English-style ale that is nitrogen-infused for a creamy, smooth reminder of your favourite local. Nitro-infused, cask-in-a-can: For best flavour and presentation, shake five times, wait five seconds, open and pour into the centre of a pint glass. 5.2% ABV, 46 IBU

Hop Addict: A pale ale. Big left-coast hopping complements a malty loyalist backbone. Nitro-infused, cask-in-a-can: For best flavour and presentation, shake five times, wait five seconds, open and pour into the centre of a pint glass. 5.6% ABV, 72 IBU.

Hemp Haze: This is a new take on our traditional homegrown recipe which features toasted hemp seed in an unfiltered “juicy” style that shows subtlety is both bitterness and alcohol. The hemp seed adds body and a luscious mouth-feel to the Citra, Melon, and Belma hops. Bursting with honeydew and melon flavours and stone fruit undertones. 5.0% ABV, 36 IBU

Ginger Wheat: A New World wheat beer that features a real ginger snap balanced by soothing green tea and aromatic blood orange. 4.5% ABV, 15 IBU
