We have always preached from the gospel of true local flavour. Given the new attitude our neighbours to the south, we have doubled down on this philosophy. As a part of these efforts, we are no longer purchasing bourbon. There is still some left on our shelves, a reminder of happier times. If you order any drink made with bourbon don’t feel that you’re letting down Team Canada – we have included a $2 tariff in the price that will be donated to the Ukrainian Canadian Congress to help them with refugee resettlement. That’s something worthy of a toast!
